Enables us to use the pubkey directly from LDAP, e.g. when authorizing connections to our own relay, or other services in the future (how about RS in-band auth for example?).

Also renames "Experiments" to "Nostr" in the settings menu (since it was the only experiment anyway), and uses an appropriate icon for it.
