Things like the contributions projects page, privacy policy, ToS, etc.. I think they should be pre-defined pages that one can enable or disable and edit the main text portion as Markdown or similar.

Keep old versions of models/content when updating values: https://github.com/paper-trail-gem/paper_trail — would be useful for tracking changes to ToS, policies, etc., and also just in general for seeing that content was updated and by who.
