Rich-text content pages (e.g. /contributions/other) raised Kramdown::Error: kramdown has no parser to handle the specified input format: GFM in production.
kramdown-parser-gfm was only available transitively through solargraph, which is in the development group, so the GFM parser was missing from production installs. This declares kramdown-parser-gfm as a direct dependency and adds a regression spec for ApplicationHelper#markdown_to_html.
Verified by running the spec with BUNDLE_WITHOUT=development to reproduce the production gem set: the spec fails with the reported error before the change and passes after it.

Fixes #264
kramdown-parser-gfm was only pulled in transitively by solargraph, which
lives in the development group. Production installs therefore lacked the
GFM parser, so rendering any rich-text content page raised
"Kramdown::Error: kramdown has no parser to handle the specified input
format: GFM".
Declare kramdown-parser-gfm as a direct dependency and add a regression
spec for ApplicationHelper#markdown_to_html.
