Move the hidden service attributes to the attributes file
When it is set in the recipe the hidden service dir doesn't get set
correctly (nil), resulting in a broken torrc file

Update Mastodon Redis config
They introduced Redis URLs for the config, so I removed our own
additions and added the URL.
