Because of the wormhole feature between XMPP and IRC, any links to tweets will be read by the hal8000 bots on both platforms.

This PR removes the tweet reading extension from the IRC version of the bot.

If you merged this an hour ago, why is it still active in production?

By the way, I just realized it's actually the wrong bot to remove the script for, because most rooms it's used for are not on XMPP, but on IRC.
