Message from Hetzner support:

Dear Client,

your server was not booting, because one drive was not found. The cause of the
issue was a false boot order. We have now corrected it and the installed
operating system was booting without any problems. It is now properly
reachable again.

I have asked more information to the support guy about this boot order / missing drive issue. As far as I know we always booted on sda. There's also a RAID 5 with 3 drives on this server

Update:

we had connected a KVM to check your server and GRUB was saying that a certainUUID was not found so we do not know which drive was causing the issue.
However we checked the boot order for your drives and the SSD was not in the
first place so we changed that and the installed operating system was booting
normally again.

I got all the Bitcoin/Lightning software running again. Have to finish the bitcoin cookbook I have on my machine, and also write code for all the Lightning stuff.

Looks like the drives are all working fine and no data was lost.
