As there are no public signups anymore, and we don't allow anonymous users to edit the wiki, I think we can now completely remove the CleanTalk extension.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
