Adds node config for the new VM, and adapts the cookbooks for using in a VM with full-disk encryption, which has the data directory mounted as a virtual filesystem.

Running on draco/bitcoin-2, with the originally configured bitcoin-core service on the host having moved into the VM.

Delete Branch "feature/bitcoin_vm"
