During last weekend's Kosmos Summit, we decided to set up a Discourse with the LDAP accounts, as a central communication platform, tying together everything else, and also being an interface for our end users and potential new contributors.

Current status: @greg and I have already set up the basics and we have a Discourse running with LDAP on https://community.kosmos.org, but there are still a lot of things to configure before we're done.
