This is running in production. A new VM was created on draco (ejabberd-1) and we have set up HAProxy to direct traffic to it.

We have switched xmpp.kosmos.org to resolve to both andromeda and draco using DNS round-robin.

Closes #243

Closes #240 (switch TURN ports to another range to solve a conflict with a PostgreSQL port and switch TURN/STUN to TCP because HAProxy does not support UDP)
