Added WIP, because some people still get timeouts trying to connect, while other random nodes already connected to it. I checked everything I could think of, but all configs looks fine now, after the obvious mistakes. Also, you can telnet to it.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
