Some recipes weren't updated for the proxy validation yet. Needed to split the ejabberd cert in two, so it can do normal validation on .org and proxy validation on .chat.

It's all fixed in production now, but we had two separate days where some users have encountered invalid certs upon connecting to ejabberd, due to the renewals having failed silently.
