Neutralise the commercially-gamed Validity "certified sender" whitelists (RCVD_IN_VALIDITY_CERTIFIED / RCVD_IN_VALIDITY_SAFE) that were awarding -5.0 of credit to IPs simultaneously listed on Spamhaus, SpamCop, and Mailspike
Harden Bayes: ignore SA's own X-Spam-* result headers, tighten autolearn thresholds to -1.0/8.0, enable nightly sa-update via CRON=1
Add content-based custom rules in a dedicated /etc/spamassassin/kosmos.cf targeting known spam campaigns

This should catch most common spam now. Running on mail.kosmos.org.
