See the cookbook changelog for notable changes.

Also adds an option for the Redis cookbook to allow servers without password, because Sockethub can use a local Redis and its session records are encrypted.

Tested/running in production. The new URL doesn't include the special port anymore: https://sockethub.kosmos.org
