Prepare Liquor Cabinet
Prepare Akkounts
Put lq-* and akkounts-* in maintenance mode
Make redis-3 a replica of redis-1
Wait until data is synced
Make redis-3 the master (remove REPLICAOF)
Turn off redis-1
Start redis-4 again, wait until synced
Converge lq-* and akkounts-*
Stop maintenance mode, confirm everything works
