Add label set for Kosmos projects #4

We can add a custom label set that one can select for repos to use. So we can e.g. add our kredits labels there. But also take the other ones, incl. colors and such, from current GitHub projects (e.g. Hyperchannel).

This has long been done. Except we need to update the set with more labels. :/
