In order to be able to subscribe to specific blogs, instead of all of (only) one author's posts, we need some kind of tag, and a way to configure a blog to show the posts of all (allowed and/or local) authors who contribute to that blog.
The blog metadata (title, descriptions, icon, authors) could also be their own event kind, of course. So the local config would then just be for which blogs to show (in local-only mode, and potentially on a general index page).
