Add bitcoin address to user profiles (could be an “account” in the IPFS contributor profile)

Regarding handing in generic account lists, I think we're still using custom attributes that are being serialized in the wrapper.

Updated this to reflect the new situation since this issue was opened. We have Lightning addresses for users now, and they could also add their own custom one. Worlds better for privacy, cost, and speed.

This way, we can also allow anyone to "zap" contributors directly from their profile in Kredits Web, using WebLN when available.
