Problem

The Release Drafter workflow fails on every merged PR:

Download action repository 'raucao/gitea-release-drafter@dev'
...
::error::token is required

The action reads the token from the GITHUB_TOKEN environment variable and aborts when it is empty. The workflow never set it, so it has been failing since the @dev action started requiring the token (passes on #249 in Jan 2025, fails on #250 and #251).

Fix

Pass the built-in token, matching the workflows already used in kredits/hubot-kredits and kredits/kredits-web:

        env:
          GITHUB_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}

The action reads the token from the GITHUB_TOKEN environment variable and
aborts with "token is required" when it is unset, so the workflow has been
failing on every merged PR. Set it from the built-in GITHUB_TOKEN secret, as
the hubot-kredits and kredits-web workflows already do.
