The UI isn't great yet, just some text and a button at the end of the last contribution list. But I think it's already better to load historic data manually with this, instead of starting a full sync whenever someone loads the app without all historic data already in cache.

Delete Branch "feature/optional_full_sync"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
