raucao 21546a4acf Fix dashboard on Discourse 2026.11 ...

`discourse/truth-helpers` no longer exports `isEmpty` (the truth helpers
moved to `@ember/helper`), so the import resolved to `undefined` and the
template threw "can't convert undefined to object" as soon as a report
rendered. Take `isEmpty` from `@ember/utils` instead, which is present on
both 2026.10 and 2026.11.
