Switch CI to the Gitea runner's built-in builtin:checkout action and cache the pnpm store via the runner's built-in cache server (actions/cache@v4, keyed on pnpm-lock.yaml).

Requires Gitea Runner >= 4.0.0 (>= 5.0.0 recommended) and git >= 2.34.1 in the job image.
