I failed to do this with a manifest that works for both browsers, so we'll have to make things more complex for this one.

Also, Chrome doesn't seem to allow adding icons directly to the address bar, or to change the icon on the fly. Not sure if there's a workaround, but what I managed to get working wasn't nearly as nice as it works in Firefox.
