Deploy Sockethub from the npm package

The Websocket issue has been solved, but there's a firewall rule missing for port 10550, to be configured on Centaurus (so it's not overwritten by Chef).

This is strange. Now connections are just hanging/timing out entirely. The configs look all correct, services are all running, and I can ping the VM via the private network, too.
