I added a couple of commits to fix bootstrap runs on fresh VMs (vmail dir was not being created e.g.). I'm going to finally merge this now, in favor of smaller, separate PRs for any further…

My first guess would be a queue tag/name missing for the Sidekiq workers (in the systemd unit).

All queues are being run AFAICS.

Set up coturn, switch from ejabberd in production

Just FYI, it's back to WIP, because after working well initially, it started acting up with the latest changes. I haven't found out why yet.
