bumi 0966e41ee5 Use lnrpc ruby gem 
So we no longer need the rpc files directly and we can make use of the
lnrpc sugar.

bumi 0b9fe9179d Support easier config loading from variables 
This makes it easier to load credentials and macaroon options from a
(environment) variable instead of a file.
