jake clobber target: include framework-specific Build directories

Accommodate Build directories created by capp-build at framework level.
These would otherwise interfere with the Node compiler and orchestration's operation.

* AppKit/Jakefile: Add Build to the clobber target.
* Foundation/Jakefile: Add Build to the clobber target.
