Alexander Ljungberg 115d29b6f8 Fixed: if data source was nil, the table view needlessly warned about no content binding in numberOfRowsInTableView. 
A table with a nil data source and no content binding is simply an empty table, or more likely, a table not fully configured yet.

Ross Boucher ab083a3baf Clean up several flaws in CPTabView: 
- should not force empty space above and below, but only where the tabs are
- box should fill frame when no tabs are present
- ivars should be prefixed with underscore
- not sure about the current background color code, may revisit

Alexander Ljungberg d587016cc3 Fixed: CPSegmentedControl did not take divider width into account when auto sizing. This resolves the incorrect tab sizes in CPTabView. 
If a segmented control was initialised with a zero width and then expanded with setSegmentCount, it would not allocate space for any needed dividers. The more tabs were added the more the segmented control would be undersized. The fix is to automatically adjust the width when dividers are added or removed.

Alexander Ljungberg 8ef7f07195 Fixed: CPArrayController's addObject and CPArray's insertObject:inArraySortedByDescriptors:. 
CPArray insertObject:inArraySortedByDescriptors: now quickly inserts objects at the end of the array if no sort descriptors are specified.

CPArrayController initialises its sort descriptors to an empty array.

Fixed: array controller's addObject added objects to the arranged objects array in a different order than in the content array if no sort descriptor was set.

Brian Donovan 9bf0edb5df Implement CPScrollView scrollToBeginningOfDocument: and scrollToEndOfDocument:. 
Also ensures that the home/end DOM keys were properly mapped to their Cocoa equivalents, so that home/end will trigger scrollToBeginningOfDocument:/scrollToEndOfDocument:.

Brian Donovan 751a80afb7 Google Chrome Frame doesn't work with duplicate X-UA-Compatible header. 
There should only be one X-UA-Compatible header and it should have the chrome=1 part at the end, per http://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/chrome-frame-getting-started.

"You may recognize the X-UA-Compatible flag as the same mechanism introduced with IE 8 for controlling the rendering engine that IE uses for a particular page. In cases where GCF is not installed, the values can be combined to control IE's rendering behavior:"

Alexander Ljungberg f2b2852b76 Allow array controllers as table sources in cibs. 
When an array controller is loaded from a cib, the data source may be connected before the bindings are. Hence, we can't check for required data source methods at the time because we do not know if we are using bindings yet. The new behaviour is to only warn when the methods are actually required, which matches Cocoa.
