Fixed: if data source was nil, the table view needlessly warned about no content binding in numberOfRowsInTableView.
...
A table with a nil data source and no content binding is simply an empty table, or more likely, a table not fully configured yet.

Allow array controllers as table sources in cibs.
...
When an array controller is loaded from a cib, the data source may be connected before the bindings are. Hence, we can't check for required data source methods at the time because we do not know if we are using bindings yet. The new behaviour is to only warn when the methods are actually required, which matches Cocoa.

Before the table view would send a CPTableViewSelectionDidChangeNotification whenever the number of rows in the table decreased, regardless of if any selected rows actually became deselected. This could be a needless performance drain in the common case where other program components update and reload on selection changes in a table or outline view.

Initial commit for group rows in the TableView. Drawing code still needs to be cleaned up a LOT... still buggy. i.e. after you select a group row, any rows after that which are selected then get selected with a gray highlight color.

All classes (excluding the ones prefixed with underscores) in Foundation
and AppKit can now be loaded individually except CPOpenPanel and
CPSavePanel. These two classes have some sort of dependency cycle
that seems impossible to resolve without forward declarations (which
we don't have).

Don't default to a gray color when there is no grid color in the cib.
The tableview theme will automatically set the correct grid color.
