Tom Robinson 2423faa8c6 Major improvments to Objective-J Narwhal support. 
* Added objj_eval, objj_import_sync, objj_preprocess_sync, etc
* Refactored REPL.
* Added Objective-J plugin for load system, using new Narwhal plugin system.
* Refactored objj and objjc into single module.

Tom Robinson 172c7330ab Make objj a self contained narwhal package. Invert install so narwhal contains objj not vice versa.

lowell vizonandFrancisco Ryan Tolmasky I 377f331b47 Documentation Edits: Replaced <code> and <pre> tags with \c; this allows monospaced text to be displayed with formatted text without needing a new line. See AppKit/CPView after generating documentation for examples. Also added - and + signs to the above changes when referring to either an -instanceMethod or a +classMethod. --lowell@cocoastep

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 3f496f1a10 Fixed CPEvent returning a direct reference to its location (as opposed to a copy), and CPPlatformWindow doing geometry gymnastics instead of the well defined conversion methods on CPWindow.
