Store the conversion date before starting to actually convert. This should avoid to loop indefinitly in case of long conversion time.
Also convert tabs to space, and remove trailing spaces.

- Enhanced -description method of CPImage and CPColor to show the exact content, especially for pattern colors.
- Added CPColorWithImages() convenience function, analogous to PatternColor() function used in theme descriptors.
- Added @cond/@endcond in CPColor to ignore local variables.
- Sample app included. See the console for samples of -description output for all color/image types.

if setTitle: is called on a CPWindow with the primaryPlatformWindow as platformWindow,
the main pages title is changed. This patch prevent changing the primaryPlatformWindows title.
This is not optimal, but this is better than changing the title at each window setTitle: call

Enabled tokenField:shouldAddObjects:atIndex delegate method and used on _autocompleteWithDOMEvent method to have some control over tokens. Not sure why wasnt enabled, it needed very few code. Maybe no one needed it til now.
This is my first collaboration ever, so Im not sure if is of any use.
