Ross Boucher 7013b34897 Add a few additional syntax checks. 
Throw an error if a method uses a parameter name that is also an ivar name.
Stop using with{} block for class methods.

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 78cb522874 Temporarily revert "Make semi-transparent background colors work in browsers that don't support RGBA." 
This fix was making lots of resources not show up.

Ross Boucher cf1c369dc3 Rewrite of CPButtonBar. Now it will automatically layout the buttons, and the position 
and visibility of the resize control is configurable.

Also has class methods for plusButton and minusButton. API subject to change.
