Alexander Ljungberg 1c007461bd Draw table view gridlines precisely inside the right side of cells so that grid line positioning and spacing matches Cocoa. 
Checked against Cocoa with 0, 1, 2 and 3 px intercell spacing.

Alexander Ljungberg 89974796b1 Fixed: table view's rectOfColumn: method returned a rect reduced by the intercell spacing. It should return the rect of the entire column. Fixed: when a column was selected the column selection colour would not cover the whole column. Fixed: in recent builds, table view header divider lines did not line up with body divider lines. 
Ultimately, intercell spacing is only applied, as the name implies, inside of cells. It is not applied in the header, nor at the column or row level. Only data views inside of cells are offset.

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 52f7844aee Made it so .h files are automatically included in AppKit (avoiding needing to manually include Platform.h, etc.). 
Also changed a bunch of <AppKit/*> imports to "*" imports.

Paul Baumgart 01852d8075 Fix a bunch of missing @imports. 
All classes (excluding the ones prefixed with underscores) in Foundation
and AppKit can now be loaded individually except CPOpenPanel and
CPSavePanel. These two classes have some sort of dependency cycle
that seems impossible to resolve without forward declarations (which
we don't have).

Fix cursor updates disabled when table autoresizing is NoAutoresizing.
                   nil check table headerView before sending a message to itself or to a table column header view.

Randall Luecke 4237000fc9 TableView: 
Set a CPThemeStateHighlighted for both selecting and sorting.
Do not change sort descriptors when selecting with a modifier flag.
