Object.prototype and Don't recreate sprited resources every time, and fix a bug where two
bundle tasks in the same jakefile would conflict when creating sprited
resources.

Ross Boucher b7df6c1480 Fix support for MHTML. This uses feature detection to determine if DataURLs, and then if MHTML is supported, and falls back on the original unsprited images. 
Closes #376.
