cacaodevandRandall Luecke 5131aff352 Column sorting : Sort descriptors, sort indicator image, highlighted column. 
Column resizing : Fixed bug where last column could not be resized.
                  Left arrow cursor when reaching maxWidth.
                  Moved table selection code to CPTableView.
                  Disable automatic resizing when user is resizing column
		  Partially fixed uniform resizing not prop. to columns width.

Ross Boucher da84964a33 Fix two problems with KVC: 
- valueForKeyPath: looped over individual components, which meant classes couldn't override valueForKeyPath: to do multi-part keys (needed for operators)
- CPArray's valueForKeyPath: implementation was incorrectly parsing the operator if it was a simple key

- Default dragView containing dragged rows, works with discrete rows
- scroll-as-you-drag feature
- draggingEntered returns a drag operation. Rearranged a bit the code.
- fixed dragPoint/target row
- Modified test app so you can drag in both ways and also move indexes internally

Ross Boucher 7ce72a31c5 Rather than throwing out the entire cappuccino body, throw out a specific div if that div is available. 
("cappuccino-body"). This let's external libraries, esp. flash ones, add things to the body without
Cappuccino getting rid of them as soon as the page loads.

Closes #421.
