Use a CPTextField for hex input in CPSliderColorPicker
...
The old DOM based field only accepted a few characters, and not even hex
chars. Backspace and other expected functionality was broken. Switching
to a CPTextField makes it behave as expected.

Fixes to previous CPButton image positioning commit.

- Checkbox and radio selected states would not show in the images. It turns out that the image and alternate image cannot be encoded->decoded->set without messing up the theme, and unfortunately the theme blending task (during a jake build) would do so. So for now this means that we cannot encode non-theme images with a button class, which is unlikely to happen.
- Since we cannot access themes in the NS classes, I went ahead and started to make some constants in a few control classes so that the values can be changed in one place and affect the theme and nib2cib.

Fixed: if CPArrayController setPreserveSelection was off and a selected item disappeared, an invalid selection state could occur. The error was caused by a slightly overeager early-out optimisation in __setSelectionIndexes.

fix for clearing the hiding of the scroll element timeout not working. This improved performance. Also make the actual dom element smaller and the inner one bigger, since sometimes deltas need to be larger than 150px.

- Implemented CGRectDivide/CPDivideRect.
- Implemented CPDrawTiledRects/CPDrawColorTiledRects.
- Removed CPDrawGrayBezel and CPDrawGroove, they were not being done in a Cocoa-compliant way, and the Cocoa way is not really useful right now.
- Moved border drawing code back to CPScrollView since CPDrawGrayBezel/CPDrawGroove are gone.
- Test app to do simple demo of the new functions.
- Removed trailing whitespace.

I believe the exception was caused because WebKit thought arguments was the function.Arguments.
Issue was resolved by renaming the local arguments variable to args

Don't default to a gray color when there is no grid color in the cib.
The tableview theme will automatically set the correct grid color.

Improved KVC mutable indexed accessors
...
Refactored everything away into insertObjects:atIndexes: so all the logic is in the same place
and made it so that the _insertManySEL is the preferred selector to use. If it doesn't exist it will fall back to the _insertSEL.
