cacaodev 9a16921a32 CPTableHeaderView: Avoid vertical lines disapearring when autoresizing the table. 
Fix cursor updates disabled when table autoresizing is NoAutoresizing.
                   nil check table headerView before sending a message to itself or to a table column header view.
