Alexander Ljungberg 474623feb3 Added support for punctuation based key equivalents such as Cmd-' or Cmd-;. Fixed: [event characters] would contain Þ when Cmd-' was pressed and º for Cmd-; since the key codes for punctuation do not match the ASCII codes and String.fromCharCode does not work. Randall Luecke 4237000fc9 TableView: 
Set a CPThemeStateHighlighted for both selecting and sorting.
Do not change sort descriptors when selecting with a modifier flag.

Column resizing : Fixed bug where last column could not be resized.
                  Left arrow cursor when reaching maxWidth.
                  Moved table selection code to CPTableView.
                  Disable automatic resizing when user is resizing column
		  Partially fixed uniform resizing not prop. to columns width.

cacaodev 36a85e935b TableView : Column resizing. Works with column resizingMasks. 
TODO: Automatic table resizing should only resize columns marked with TableColumnAutoresizingMask.
TODO: When implemented, use CPTrackingArea instead of mouse moved events.
