Martin Carlberg 5932a07eb2 Fixed: Make sure Jakefile both work for async and sync calls 
The callback variable was not set if the call to initilize was synchronous.
It is now set before so both sync and async will work

Martin Carlberg 68a113e7ee Fixed: New Cocoa api that replace old deprecated for calculating content and frame size of scroll view (#3023) 
Old deprecated api did not work as it was accessing ivars _horizontalScroller and _verticalScroller from class method.
New Cocoa api is added as described in Apple Developer Documentation.

Also added type CPScrollerStyle

David Richardson 1f2a257bab Fixed: CPBox - Suppress superfluous warnings and expand documentation (#2996) 
Warnings about borderColor, borderWidth, cornerRadius and fillColor are suppressed when boxType is CPBoxSeparator.
They are not relevant and needlessly clutter verbose output when debugging and should be suppressed.
