As outlined in https://community.kosmos.org/t/webfonts-and-sharing-design-between-different-web-apps-services/108.

The actual font CSS and font files are not yet deployed. Creating a separate chef PR for that. Until then, this will simply fall back to whatever the browser uses for sans-serif (not necessarily the same as system-ui), in case the user doesn't have Open Sans on their system.
