Adds tailwindcss-stimulus-components (containing a whole bunch of useful things other than modals), and a QR code modal component, which can render QR code SVGs in modal windows.

Also changes and slightly fixes button styles for all buttons next to form fields (copy, edit, show QR), turning them all into less prominent outline buttons. Last but not least, it removes the custom vanilla JS for showing the LndHub setup QR code in favor of the new modal component as well.
