  • Add settled_at to zaps (backfill for current records)
  • Add scopes for settlement status (settled, unpaid)

This makes it easy to find zaps by settlement status, which is useful both in a Rails console when debugging, as well as for adding zaps information and stats to pages or APIs in akkounts later.
