See README updates. Does not include actual user seeds (those would be normal ActiveRecord ones, which in turn create LDAP documents).

I don't get docker running on my machine right now somehow. It is somehow "stuck" and the docker command does not do anything.

If you're on macOS, here are the install docs: https://docs.docker.com/desktop/install/mac-install/

There's a separate build for Apple CPUs for example. Maybe that helps?
