basti 584aab76a7 Add hal8000_xmpp recipe 
Also, configure express ports in attributes, so they are both easy to
see at once, as well as override per node/env.

basti 35772d1641 Remove IPFS role, because it's not just IPFS 
This recipe is trying to set up the entire public gateway for
ipfs.kosmos.org, including getting an LE cert, which obviously fails on
machines not hosting the domain. Setting up a public gateway should not
be part of a default IPFS recipe.

basti de082101eb Remove UID from all users 
We don't need preconfigure it. This way it won't change the UID of
existing accounts, having to recreate them in the process.

This uses the ruby_build provider for Mastodon, installing Ruby 2.4.1
