Needed for #88 (snap_package resource). It shouldn't be a lot of changes to run on Chef 15, we're already on Chef 14. We can probably remove dependencies on upstream cookbooks, as a lot of resources have been moved to Chef Infra Client's core (https://docs.chef.io/resource_reference.html)
