This updates Chef to the latest version and switches from knife-solo to Knife-Zero, a tool compatible with Chef 15

This is WIP because I started the branch from the #102 PR that's ready to be merged and it hasn't been executed on our servers so far. So far I have only tried it locally in a VM (using both Vagrant and Knife-Zero)

I have successfully executed Chef on andromeda and barnard using Knife-Zero and updated the node files. This is now ready to merge
