Installs/configures LndHub for hosted Lightning Network wallets based on our LND node.

Left to do:

  • Configure backups
  • Re-enable the Tor recipe (had an issue with expired TLS key on upstream repo)
  • Add nginx site with TLS for public API
  • Add haproxy config to forward traffic from the public domain to the VM
