Delete Branch "bugfix/44-ipfs_max_open_files"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The default is too low and was treated like a low disk space alert by
ipfs and ipfs-cluster, set it to 64000

ipfs on both dev and andromeda have been connected to each other as swarm peers since this change. Can be merged
Is the "maximum number of files" implied in the ipfs version?
