Tested/running on bitcoin-2.

* Fixed build and run scripts (was broken on Ubuntu 20.04) https://github.com/btcpayserver/btcpayserver/pull/4655 * Fixed bug when using LndHub account as Lightning back-end (couldn't create invoices) https://github.com/btcpayserver/btcpayserver/issues/4658 Tested/running on `bitcoin-2`.
