Set up coturn as a STUN/TURN server, and stop using ejabberd for it.

This should fix the XMPP audio/video call issues, by not proxying to private network nodes. Also, there are proper logs now, so it's much easier to debug and optimize than before.

Just FYI, it's back to WIP, because after working well initially, it started acting up with the latest changes. I haven't found out why yet.
